Individual Therapy

I see clients in my Edina, MN office and also via telehealth. I am licensed for clients located in Minnesota for in-person and telehealth, and also Florida for telehealth only. Most individual sessions are 50-60 min long, although with some trauma treatment modalities (like SE, ART, DBRand EMDR), 75 or 90 minutes is a better fit. I can accept HSA cards, and I will provide a receipt for services to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

Financial Hardship

I do hold several spots specifically for low-income/financial hardship cases. If you are on my waiting list, make sure to let me know if you need one of the sliding fee/financial hardship spots. I believe that income should not be a barrier to receiving therapy services and I can provide you with referals to free and low-cost counseling services while you are on my waitlist. Couples & Family Therapy

I see couples in my Edina, MN office as well as via telehealth. I am licensed for clients located in Minnesota for in-person and telehealth, and also Florida for telehealth only. My preference is to see couples and families every other week for an hour and a half, rather than weekly for shorter sessions. Marriage counseling is not typically reimbursed by insurance, but I am able provide a receipt for tax purposes.

Coaching and Consultation

I provide consultation and coaching to other professionals. I am a certified STAIR Guide for Level 3 STAIR, and also phase 1 of STAIR certification. I am a Somatic Experiencing (SE) Session Provider for students who are participating in the training; these sessions will count towards your certificate. Rates vary for STAIR and SE consultations and I honor the reduced rates for scholarship students.
